Introducing HDR | Hurley Palmer Flatt

We are pleased to announce the acquisition of the Hurley Palmer Flatt Group by HDR. Hurley Palmer Flatt Group is Headquartered in London, and the acquired entity comprises Hurley Palmer Flatt, Andrew Reid, Bradbrook Consulting and Concentre Consulting. When HDR can connect with a firm that shares their level of commitment to clients, it is an amazing opportunity. Today, this acquisition enables the expansion of HDR’s multidisciplinary building engineering services on a global scale. Going forward, we will do business as HDR | Hurley Palmer Flatt.

HDR is an employee-owned firm who wished to expand their presence and services into the United Kingdom and looked for partners or an acquisition to help facilitate that goal. Hurley Palmer Flatt Group was looking for a U.S. based partner for global growth.

This is a cultural fit of two firms, with the strategic geographic fit of Hurley Palmer Flatt Group in EMEA and APAC to HDR’s experience. The two firms together will significantly increase our Building Engineering Services, providing a combined expertise equal to approximately 1,200 employees.

This acquisition brings together HDR’s global practice with the Hurley Palmer Flatt Group, including Hurley Palmer Flatt’s strategic locations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and in the Asia-Pacific region. Together, we bring an impressive breadth and depth of services to our clients. Always striving to make a difference in the work we do and in the communities we live.
