HPF Shortlisted for ACE C&E Award

During 2017 and going into 2018, there has been an extensive investment for on-going learning, training and development; this includes our long standing bespoke and innovative internal development schemes. Engineering has grown over the years and so has Hurley Palmer Flatt. We take our expertise and innovation to another level by going beyond engineering.

From 2014, HPF Group has run a Graduate and Training Engineering Solutions (GATES) scheme every year; as of today, we have twenty graduates who had applied to the scheme and gained an extensive experience within the building services. Our GATES scheme aims to deliver a potential learning and development path providing our graduates with the chance to work with internal and external design teams, being innovative, analytical and increasing their skill set.

Our graduates have developed their career here at HPF and their knowledge in the field of building performance has surpassed our expectations, and as such the number of projects our building performance services get delivered on, has increased. From this we are thrilled to announce that we have been shortlisted for the 2018 Learning & Development Initiative of the Year Award.
