Selkirk House and New Oxford Street

  • In May 2015, Triangle acquired the site which is bounded by New Oxford Street, Museum Street and West Central Street, with the view of redeveloping and refurbishing the site for a mixed use consisting of residential, retail, leisure and offices.
  • The approach to the design has been to work with the character of the surrounding architecture and repairing the existing fabric where possible and completing the urban block.
  • The project is at pre-planning with a public exhibition to capture local resident, retailers views on the scheme.
  • HDR | Hurley Palmer Flatt are undertaking MEP and sustainable consultancy services.
