  • The building has been designed to provide 18MW of IT load over a total technical space covering 6 data halls, Power density provided at circa 3500W/m2 load density
  • The overall PUE target at near full load is 1.2 or  less, for this hot aisle containment is essential to ensure segregation of the supply and exhaust air paths
  • The building is provided on a concurrently maintainable bases and has a single tenant occupancy
