- The space was taken at Cat A from the developer, Hurley Palmer Flatt undertook the Cat B design to incorporate meeting rooms, executive offices, canteen and IT support spaces.
- To minimise costs to the client, the Cat A was adapted and amended to provide the Cat B solution.
