  • Refurbishment of existing commercial development which occupies a prominent position within 100 metres of Liverpool Street Station.
  • The design team have been inspired to explore creative and innovative options to ultimately provide a high quality working environment.
  • The feasibility is reviewing three options – ‘light touch’, a full refurbishment and a refurbishment with introduction of an atrium.
  • It is envisaged that planning will be submitted mid 2015 incorporating the additional massing and reconfiguration of the existing floorplates.
  • The refurbishment works are to achieve a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’ and an EPC rating of B.
