  • The building has been extended across several of the existing floor plates as well as an additional storey added to provide panoramic meeting space.
  • The existing building refurbishment and extension comprises the complete strip-out of the exisitng building services and replacement to Cat A standard.
  • The building floor plates and risers have generally been retained although several of the floor plates are being extended together with an additional floor to the existing roof area.
  • The highly restrictive building constraints have necessitated a detailed co-ordinated design to retain minimal services zones.
  • The complete plant replacement has allowed the plant loations to be reviewed and simplified with relocations from roof to
    basement being implemented to provide more lettable tenant space.
