Our Gifted & Talented Framework
We are committed to helping our staff be the best that they can be which is why, through the Hurley Palmer Flatt Gifted & Talented Framework; we support and inspire them to reach their highest potential.
The purpose of this Framework is to identify and accelerate progressive talent in the business and to support and develop their role and professional competency in the business. The Framework will be a 2 year development programme and will be directly supported by the Executive and Management Board.
Our Framework creates an enjoyable learning environment giving staff access to the internal Technical Boards and support and mentoring from the company Executive and Management Boards. We also ensure staff keep abreast of all building services standards and technical innovations, as well as supporting them with soft skills such as Project Management, Technical Report Writing and Presentation Skills Training.
We invest in the best training courses, which are continually reviewed in terms of content and value. Every staff member has an annual Personal Development Plan, which is developed with them to incorporate their own ideas, requirements and suggestions.
We also actively encourage our all our staff to attain Chartered status. Hurley Palmer Flatt also has active on-going relationships with IET, CIBSE and IMECHE so staff have direct access to professionals in these institutions for on-going advice, training and support throughout your career.
