Our GATES programme is exceptional. We have created the optimum structure for personal development which combines vocational on-the-job training with technical coaching to suit individual needs. Our internal scheme outlines, supports and guides our graduates through the process of proving their competency in the 16 categories set by the Engineering Council.
You will be involved in problem-solving, developing new and innovative solutions, as well as working with some of the best-in-class engineers across the industry.
We select a small number of summer work experience students each year and hire a selection of qualified graduates from the best engineering universities across the UK. We run our graduate scheme every year and we open applications/submissions around March/April of every year. We shortlist and interview in June, to then have our new staff join between July and September.
