What do you do in the business?
I provide advice and assistance with HR queries, payroll and Training and Development. I support managers with recruitment needs, coordinate monthly payroll, and keep polices up to date in regards to employment legislation.
What do you enjoy most about your position?
I enjoy the variety within a HR department; each day is never the same.
What are you most proud of in your career so far?
I am a HR professional with over 15 years’ experience in a HR environment. I am most proud of achieving my qualifications and am always proud when completing projects assigned to me. A HR role can often be challenging due to the complex topics HR are required to cover, therefore I am always proud of all positive outcomes achieved.
