BCO Cycle Challenge

4 weeks to go to the start of the BCO Cycle Challenge 2018…

Isabel Cashman is taking up the challenge of cycling 250miles from cosmopolitan Copenhagen to cultural Berlin over 3 days ahead of this year’s British Council for Offices conference, the theme of which is diversity and inclusion. Full support on the ride will be provided by Club Peloton. The ride is a collaborative effort, presenting a fantastic opportunity for networking. The emphasis of the ride is on finishing together, whilst networking and socialising with like-minded people from the industry. It also offers the opportunity to ride like a pro-cyclist on rolling road closures across 2 countries. Isabel will be visible in the peloton sporting her HPF branded gilet.

Here’s what Isabel has to say:

“I am lucky and excited to be riding for Hurley Palmer Flatt in the 2018 BCO Cycle Challenge, all in aid of a worthy cause, Barnardo’s children’s charity. Having completed 2No. training rides with the group so far, I am confident that we will work together to achieve our mutual goal while enjoying the ride.  I intend to animate the ride with lively discussion on Smart Buildings, the topic of our HPF seminar at the conference, feeding in live data to social media as we progress, to generate interest and to get to know our audience. I am grateful for the support and encouragement I have received from my colleagues and especially, I love how my career in the construction industry has opened this opportunity to converge my profession with my passion for cycling!”
