  • ƒƒExisting facility acquired by Severn Trent Water and refurbished and fitted-out to house 600 call centre staff.
  • The facility incorporated open plan space for the contact centre and associated support space including conference and meeting suites, staff restaurant and catering, office space and back of house support areas.
  • Introduction of LED lighting to enhance space along with high level natural lighting to provide suitable environment for the staff.
  • Particular attention given to acoustic treatment of the space and computational fluid dynamic modelling of the heating and cooling of the main contact centre to optimise the energy efficiency of the environment.
