  • ƒThe existing building consists of terraced buildings, numbers 159 Edwardian building and 161 Victorian building on Wardour Street, London, Soho. Each building is four storeys, two windows wide.
  • ƒWe were requested to report on the structure to the leasehold demise to building 161. The leasehold demise to 161 also includes the basement to 159. Both buildings comprise of a basement, ground, first, second, third and roof levels. Building 161 is Grade II listed, according to the Westminster records this building was built circa 1735. It was Grade II listed on the 23 November 1978.
  • ƒWe were also involved in increasing the head height and size of the basement that required English Heritage approval.
