Our Training Academy creates an enjoyable learning environment in state-of-the-art facilities where staff can keep abreast of all building services standards and technical innovations.
We invest in the best training courses, which are continually reviewed in terms of content and value. Every staff member has an annual training plan, which is developed with them to incorporate their own ideas and needs.
Our graduate training programme is also exceptional. We have created the optimum structure for personal development which combines vocational on-the-job training with technical coaching to suit individual needs. Our accredited IPD scheme supports and guides our graduates through the process of proving their competency in the 16 categories set by the Engineering Council. We also actively encourage our graduates and engineers to attain Chartered status.
In short, we want our staff to excel and we give them the tools to achieve this.
