HPF acquire majority share in Bradbrook Consulting

Hurley Palmer Flatt have acquired the majority share in the Civil and Structural Engineering business Bradbrook Consulting for an undisclosed sum. Bradbrooks have UK based offices in London, Kingston, Watford and Manchester and an office in Dubai.

Hurley Palmer Flatt Group Chairman, Paul Flatt said “Our investment in Bradbrooks is another step forward to growing our existing Civil and Structural Engineering division with further offices allowing clients to access both MEP, Civil and Structural Engineering from the Group as an absolute integrated service.”

Bradbrook Directors, Simon Tolan and Grant Verster said “This is an exciting step forward in the company’s growth and will expand our multi-disciplinary capabilities with the support of Hurley Palmer Flatt’s platforms. The company ethos and senior management remain unchanged.”
