Credit Suisse Group (Securities) Ltd - Frankfurt
Credit Suisse have recently undertaken a strategic change of direction which saw the loss of the First Boston name and the consolidation of both Private Banking and Asset Management into an enlarged group. As a result the Canary Wharf office was appointed to undertake a 100,000 ft2 fit-out in the Junghof Plaza.
The project comprised of five floors fitted out to Cat 'B' standard with a trading area of 50 positions. Working with our local partner, Brendel, we were also responsible for all the business critical engineering systems. In addition, we designed and delivered two data suites of approximately 1,200 ft2 and associated business critical engineering systems.

In response to the bank's internal re-organisation programme which saw the consolidation of the three major arms of the group, the Canary Wharf office in conjunction with our local partner, NCA, we were appointed as Building Services consultants for the scheme.
The project comprises of 70,000 ft2 of office fit-out including client suites, meeting rooms and a 30 position trading area. hurleypalmerflatt/NCA are totally responsible for all services including business critical engineering systems, UPS, on-site generation a 60m2 data suite and off-site data suite of 200m2 for FASTWEB.
