Energy Performance of Your Buildings: It’s the Law
While the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) won’t be finalised until early 2008,hurleypalmerflatt is one of only a few firms that can advise you on the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and Display Energy Certificate (DEC) implementation for your private and public buildings respectively.
We can:
- Develop a strategic implementation approach to the EPBD
- Manage the implementation of the certification process for your estate
- Produce the certificates as required
- Ensure consistency of grading between your buildings
- Offer Low Carbon Consultancy to support our energy & sustainability strategy
Currently, we are completing preliminary DECs on several major museums. Using the Beta version of the required software, the museums can proactively assess their current energy ratings, and improve them prior to the deadlines.
