Working with Trox and Star Refrigeration, we developed a unique cooling solution for data centres using C02. With this revolutionary product, clients' facilities can not only handle far greater heat loads in smaller spaces, they are also completely neutral in their impact on the environment. As experts in data centre design, we have also led developments in TELA Power/Cooling Monitoring and Data Aisle lighting.
As a practice with a dedicated energy division, we have teamed up with Nottingham University to assess the impact of the Government's Kyoto Protocol on the office environment in Central London. This pioneering research programme, Building Energy and Sustainability (BEaS), has the support of some of our major clients including Shell, Willis and BSkyB. Thanks to them, their buildings will provide the real life case studies necessary to understand compliance issues, new learning, and future-proofing, which will benefit every organisation in the capital.
