Hurleypalmerflatt joins the UK Green Building Council (UKGBC)
Hurleypalmerflatt is now a member of the UK Green Building Council, as part of their commitment to supporting the best sustainability initiatives in the property industry. The organisation's mission is 'To dramatically improve the sustainability of the built environment by radically transforming the way it is planned, designed, constructed, maintained and operated.'
Stuart Bowman, Divisional Director for Energy & Sustainability adds "There are many new organisations promoting sustainability and competing for attention, but the UKGBC brings together a unique cross section of those working on these issues, from our clients such as Nationwide to developers such as SEGRO and ourselves as consultants. We look forward to working together to help set the "green" agenda for the UK's built environment."
