hurleypalmerflatt's Mark Langdown Highlights the Benefit of Virtual Servers in the Data Centre Market

Mark Langdown, Associate Director for IT and Communications, has just published a White Paper on this new development. As the data processing capability of data centres continues to increase, server hardware is rapidly changing to meet demand. There is pressure to either expand facilities or become more efficient with current systems or hybrid solutions.

Virtualisation with the data centre saves space and reduces power and air conditioning requirements to provide the same level of service. Taken on its own, up to 20% savings in both space an power could be achieved.
